 + -1 moreScott was great! He arrived promptly with a smile to give me a reasonable quote. The day of demo the two men arrived ready to work!! They were very efficient and left the job site clean. I would highly recommend them for your demo/hauling needs.
Description of Work: Tear down and haul away an old 6 by 12' wooden shed. Tear down and haul away a ugly wooden pergola.

Description of Work: We contracted Scott and the guys at SV Demo for the removal of a 15x20 screen room on the back of our house. They were courteous, professional, and on time. Their price was fair, and they were very easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend them for any demo & hauling needs.

 + -1 moreExtremely pleased and satisfied with their quote, efficiency, work, and cheerful attitude! I had obtained over 15 bids to have a large patio cover and gazebo removed from my backyard. Scott provided not only the best rate but won my confidence that he really knew what he was doing. I was very specific that I did not want any damage to my house (the patio cover was attached to the roof of our house; other demo estimators said, "yeah, we'll get a bobcat and rip that thing off!" HUH?!) and he and his crew made sure that not a single shingle was disturbed. They showed up on the day of the appointment on time, bright and early at 8am. They must have had bionic fuel for breakfast because those guys went to work with such speed and efficiency! Scott was personally there to supervise the work too. What we thought would be an 8-hour job took these guys less than 4 hours!! They cleaned up very nicely afterwards too, and always had a smile on their faces. Bonus, they also hauled away a very old wooden planter box that had been discarded by the previous owners for free! Would hire them again, for sure. Thanks Scott!!
Description of Work: Had them demolish and haul away a large metal patio cover that was attached to the roof of our house. The construction done by the previous owner was dubious at best, so it was imperative that no damage was done to the roof shingles as well as the deck which it was covering. Also demolish and haul away a wooden BBQ gazebo that was well built but absolutely ugly and falling apart. Both structures were bound in 2' of cement, but we wanted everything to be cut flush with the ground instead of excavating the cement blocks.

 + 1 moreEvery job Scot does for me is incredibly fast, on time, affordable, and completely professional!!
Description of Work: I have used Scot and his crew at least half a dozen times over the past 3 years, for personal and professional work (we remodel for our friends and ourselves). I LOVE him and his team. He always calls, is on time, takes care of everything you need him to, cleans up afterward, and is extremely fast. His team is very professional and always polite and enjoyable. He has always been there for me when I need him. I really can't say enough good things about him and his team! They will haul anything: demo debris, cement, dirt, trash, yard waste, wood, bath fixtures, ANYTHING! (just no chemicals or potentially toxic stuff, of course). I even called on the off-chance to see if he would move a huge hot tub from the back to the front yard for me and they did!!! FANTASTIC service, just top notch AND affordable! I will never use anyone else for hauling and demo. I will actually be calling him soon for 2 hauling gigs! -TMA
