Great initial response and evaluation. The predicted 3-5 days without hot water turned into 10 days, not fully their fault as damage was more extensive and required furnace removal which delayed start once walls were open. Called project manager 5 days into project and asked for updates as this was in a second home out of state. He said he had just started remediation following furnace removal and would keep me posted. Project was completed 3 days later according to my daughter who lives in the home and still have not heard from them! Pictures of the project from daughter showed good work, just total lack of communication which is essential since they rip everything apart and do nothing to coordinate subsequent repairs. We needed to replace removed structures, hot water heater and furnace which is difficult to line up quickly (hot water and heat being big quality of life issues) if there is no information on when the project will be completed. They suggested we contact the person removing furnace to replace it, but did not provide any information on who that was.

Start with an hour late without calling. Did okay job in putting contents where they belong, still left with a lot of organizing myself. Instructions to put things in different places were never carried out. Things I asked to put into garage were just left where they were. They had a ton of people at the site, but no real work got done. Some of my furniture pieces fell off, and they ignored my request to fix them. Calls to them to follow through with their move, and fix their mistakes were ignored. Insurance paid for them, and I am sure they were paid a lot, but they are definitely not worth the money.
