I had a very dirty carpet to clean that included stains left from our dog and dark tracks that were from a handicapped live-in relative who dragged her feet and used a walker. I was impressed with the reviews and confirm that Scott is a professional in this field who is friendly and courteous (he answered my call and explained everything), prompt (arrived on time), AND the carpet looks great. I will definitely be calling Scott again.

Called and left message a week ago. Scott called me back promptly within the hour and was very courteous. Although wasn't able to fit me in on Monday (my first choice), he was able to get me in Tuesday morning. Not an issue. I texted him Tuesday morning to confirm our scheduled time and he called back saying he was running a bit late but arrived ahead of schedule. I appreciate the communication, as a busy mother of 2 toddlers it's always good to get a headsup! Scott arrived and I showed him the areas that needed to be cleaned. I didn't request the stairs be cleaned because it fell outside my budget, but it bothered me that the connecting areas would be clean and not the stairs. I think this bugged Scott as much as it bugged me and he offered to clean the stairs for an additional cost, and we were able to come to a cost compromise. I really appreciate his flexibility and willingness to accommodate those on a budget. I am so glad we did the stairs because it would be driving me nuts if we didn't - Scott was right! The carpets looked amazing when he was finished, and he was friendly and helpful (suggested home remedy for spots). Although the carpets seemed a bit damper than when we had the carpets cleaned 2 years ago with another company, I feel the carpets are cleaner and the service was better. Given the beautiful day, I hope the carpets will dry up before the sun goes down. Once Scott finished up, he let me know he was done and would be putting his equipment away in the driveway for another 5 minutes or so. I would absolutely recommend Scott and Scooter's Carpet Cleaning. With so many potential service options, it's always tough to find a reliable, effective and friendly service provider that also doesn't break the bank, and I'm sure we will be using his services again. Scott had come out months ago and said if any of the VERY black, old dog urine stains returned, he would redo at no charge. Well of the 3 highly blackened areas, one did return. Scott came, redid ALL the areas, the entire living room and a bedroom (not previously done) for only $50. He was on time, his usual friendly self. Reliable, effective, and helpful - what more could you ask for?

Scott and his nephew cleaned my carpets on Friday. Scott called to say they would be a few minutes late, I appreciate that he called, but it was only about 10 minutes. I was getting ready to sell my house and I have off white carpeting. The carpeting is older, the traffic areas needed help, and I needed to be economical. Scott worked with me on getting the traffic and dirty areas done in many rooms, though that is not the typical "$X for X amount of square feet." His flexibility really helped. My carpets looks fabulous after that and it was very reasonably priced. The perspective buyers all commented on how cleaned the house looked. My son commented that it was definitely the carpets!

Scott was quick to communicate after my Angie's List coupon purchase despite the holidays and arrived exactly on time. Scott and his nephew were extremely quick in getting their equipment setup and they put the extra muscle into getting my tough spots out. End result is fantastic - bright white carpets like new - Thanks Scooters!

They arrived on time, set up and and completed the job on time. The cleaning was thorough. It took a little longer to dry than we thought it would, but it was a good job nonetheless.

il I was extremely pleased with the services I received. I upgraded to doing an extra room after he arrived .Scott was wonderful.Very friendly and professional. I still remember he volunteered to add that extra touch steaming my rug pieces which were placed outside . He moved my furnitures real quick and took care of most stains. The experience was so pleasant that I will not hesitate to call him again when I need my carpets cleaned. Highly Recommended!!

I have two dogs and the carpets were beyond dirty. I could not believe my eyes - the carpets actually look clean now! The house is also very cluttered and Scott was very patient with me still moving things around after he arrived. Arrived on time, was friendly and professional.

Scott did an excellent job on my carpets. He responded promptly in communications, was very easy and friendly to work with, arrived on time, was efficient and thorough, and even cleaned an extra area run while he was at it. I have two young children who frequently forget to take off their shoes coming into the house from a large and muddy garden as well as two indoor/outdoor cats. I will definitely call Scott in the future!

Scott is super responsive - love that we can email, call or text to get in touch with him. (Which is helpful when you are in long meetings all day yet still need to arrange for carpet cleaning.)

They showed up right on time, I actually left the house to let them work and the owner called me saying they were done, hours before I expected them to be done. I was moving into a condo/townhouse and there were some very nasty stains from the prior tenants who must have had a kid that loved pink soda as there were pink sodaish stains all over the house in various rooms, the living room, bedrooms hall. It was not an easy stain to clean up. I was super impressed with Scooter's, they showed up on time, stayed in touch with me througout the process and finished before expected. My carpets dried SUPER quickly and the stains have still not come back. I am very excited!, we don't wear shoes in our house because we don't like the dirt and discoloration and smell rugs start to have with alot of foot traffic, and we spend alot of time on the floor, sitting, laying etc. As a result we walk barefoot on our rugs and sit on them alot and so we are very careful and over zealous about how clean the carpets are. I was totally comfortable being on the carpet, sitting, hanging out after Scooter's was done. There also wasn't alot of chemical left in the carpet so it was still soft and fluffy, not stiff and chemically smelling. The 3 rooms only took a few hours. We were able to move furniture in a day early. Overall, great experience.

I found Scott on Angie's List and called him. He returned my call within five minutes. We set up the date. I had to change the date and it was no problem for him. He arrived on time, spent 90 minutes here, was professional yet friendly.

We had a party at our house and the carpets and furniture got very dirty.We thought the carpets might have been ruined. We hired Scotter's carpet cleaning, and he did a great job.The owner's name is Scott. He was very proffessional, and showed up on time.
