Description of Work: Cleaned our carpets in the family room, living room and bedrooms. Carpet looked very clean, although it was very wet and took a while to clean. They did their best in one area where our dog made some mistakes. Still spots, but less noticeable than before, although we are probably going to have to replace the carpet at some point unfortunately. I would recommend scooter over other less professional services.

Description of Work: Came in to clean carpet that had a few spills on it. The carpet just never seemed to get as clean as I expected. They were nice, very responsive and offered to come back out but I declined as I would expect the same results. Maybe you the carpet will not get any cleaner but my experience in the past makes me think that it should.

Description of Work: Used an Angie's List coupon so that reduced the cost. They were very responsive, easy to schedule, arrived on time (a bit early, in fact), worked very efficiently. Overall carpet cleaning looked good initially but some previous spots showed up 1-2 weeks later. This tells me that the cleaning was not as deep as when I used ServiceMaster (which is very expensive!).

Description of Work: Applied extra cleaner to areas of wear and stains and then steam cleaned the carpet in two rooms and a small hallway. He was the nephew of the owner and he was prompt and friendly. There was a grease spot that the steam cleaning didn't pick up but I spot cleaned it with degreaser and it came out clean. Overall it was a good job. The carpet is over 40 years old and I don't think it had ever been professionally cleaned.

Description of Work: They cleaned 3 bedrooms, the living room and the hallway. The latter was badly stained and is much improved, but not perfect. I did not expect perfection as the carpet was 13 years old, but it did take nearly 2 days with fans to dry, which was longer than I anticipated.

They were professional, responsive and on time. not to mention that I felt very safe and totally trusted them being in my home. I highly recommend them and will use them for all future carpet cleaning needs.

Description of Work: I'd waited too long to clean the area rugs and they were pretty grungy & had spots. Scooter arrived with his machine & was able to clean the grunge & lighten spots but it would have taken a lot more than a home service to get them really clean. However it was worth this deal's price for what I got. The rugs dried quickly and Scooter himself was really pleasant to have in the house. He'd forgotten the appointment but came very soon after I called him. I would use this service again on a more regular basis when I replace my rugs.

Description of Work: What an excellent experience. My carpets were badly stained in 3 areas. Chem Dry had cleaned two months ago and the stains were back. I called Scott, explained the issues and he was out the next day. Cleaned the areas thoroughly and even threw in my runners for good measure! He explained his process well, was personable and above all, his price extremely reasonable. A local business owner as well! Should I have any problems, I just give him a call.
