Say Floor Covering Hardwood Floor

My Project Manager works with this company and suggested them as one of the bids we obtained. They were very responsive, professional and cooperative. The floors are beautiful and well installed. I would definitely use this company again.

They were great. They were prompt and thorough. They just did a good job. They were able to come in at the last second and help us out. I think that they were right up there with everybody else. They weren't high, they weren't low. They were great for what they did.

We were referred to Say by some friends. His bid seemed reasonable compared to others we had received. He completed the work as promised and we were very pleased with the results. Virtually everyone who visits our home comments on the floors. We went with a beech wood and high gloss finish.

I CONTACTED FOUR DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND DECIDED TO GO WITH SAY BECAUSE OF THE NUMEROUS REFERRALS I'D RECEIVED. I WAS HESITANT BECAUSE HIS PROPOSAL WAS CONFUSING AND I THOUGHT HE WAS OVERCHARGING ME. ONCE I REVIEWED THE QUOTE WITH HIM OVER THE PHONE, IT TURNED OUT THAT HIS PRICES BEAT OUT THE OTHER THREE COMPANIES. HIS CREW ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE ON TIME DAILY AND BEGAN WORKING IMMEDIATELY. WE DISCOVERED THAT THERE WASN'T ORIGINAL HARDWOOD UNDER HALF OF THE HOUSE, SO HE GAVE US A NEW QUOTE FOR INSTALLING NEW WOOD. THEY MATCHED THE NEW FLOOR TO THE OLD PERFECTLY, THE HOUSE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, AND THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS THE EXACT SAME AMOUNT THAT HE CHARGED ME FOR THE FINAL PROJECT. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THAT, AS I THOUGHT THAT THE SLIGHT COMMUNICATION BARRIER WOULD LEAD TO HIGHER PRICES SOMEWHERE DOWN THE LINE. WHILE THEY DID COVER UP ALL OF OUR THINGS IN THE CLOSETS, I WISH THEY HAD ALSO CLOSED OFF THE DOORWAYS TO THE REST OF THE HOUSE BECAUSE THERE WAS DUST EVERYWHERE.

HE DOES GOOD WORK. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. HE DOESN'T SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH. THE PROPOSAL IS HARD TO READ/UNDERSTAND.
