+ -1 moreInstallation and pre-sales were decent. The TV and equipment seems to be of high quality. That said, I've had an issue with the equipment that was not resolved. I've contacted them, but they clearly don't seem interested in fixing it.

+ -1 moreWE BROUGHT THE PORTABLE TV INTO THEIR SHOP TO BE FIXED. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SAID THEY COULD HAVE IT FIXED IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. WHEN I WENT BACK, IT WAS READY AND WE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT AGAIN.
Description of Work: OUR PORTABLE TV WAS NOT WORKING. THE VCRS WERE GETTING STUCK AND THE TV WAS EATING THE TAPES.
