From my first conversation with Nik, I was impressed with the depth of knowledge and the honest opinions that I received. Everything went smoothly, and the team put in extra effort to get the work done within my rushed time frame (which had to accommodate another contractor). I am very happy with the work done and with the results. They arrived as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. Upon inspection of my attic, they determined that the appropriate dampers were not installed and that the actual furnace was losing heat due to lack of insulation. They charged me $1500 to install new dampers, balance the airflow, and wrap the furnace with insulation. They did a very good job and now my house is now evenly heated/cooled making it much more comfortable. They also did a very professional job insulating my furnace in the garage and it even looks better than it did before. I have already recommended Sandium to a friend that needs air conditioning.

I liked the technical expertise. Michael Lee, the owner, has a lot of experience in the field and was able to assist me better than others as to what brand of furnace to put in.

It has been a couple years since the installation and everything has been working properly. The came by to tweak the unit the first winter so it ran optimally. They also sell me filters for their cost which is awesome since at Ace or Home depot they really rip you off for the good ones. Over all I am very happy. I am an extremely picky and persistent customer and they stood up to the challenge with flying colors.

Very good technical expertise. He didn't require any upfront payments and he also had a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first year or he will remove it and refund your money. That made me feel very secure. The cost very reasonable and competitive. He and his people went the extra mile to get me the high efficiency and low noise.

Excellent job from estimating to actual construction of job. Sandium staff were extremely professional & answered all questions prior to my selection of contractor. During construction, all workers & field foreman were always on-time & were conscientious of working around our schedules. Our home was always left clean & clutter free at the end of each work day. The actual installation of our new system is of high quality & great attention to detail. I look forward in enjoying our new system & highly recommend them to anyone needing any HVAC work. Sandium is truly an exception & is one of the best contractors I have had the opportunity to work with. Worth every penny!

I interviewed several and none was even close in terms of professionalism and knowledge. Sandium was not the least expensive (I guess you get what you pay for.) The crew showed up on time, was friendly and clean. Excellent workmanship. Job completed on time. I strongly recommend this company.
