Sanchez Cleaning System

I left a message requesting an estimate. They never returned my call. Although their voicemail message was entirely in Spanish, I left a message anyway. I had read in the other reports that initial communication might be a problem, but that it would be worth it.

I interviewed probably 6 different house cleaning companies. The thing I like about the Sanchez's is that they do the cleaning themselves, they don't bring in other people or teams to do the work. I deal directly with them. They are very accommodating. I work on Saturdays, so they come on Saturday and I have my house nice and clean for my weekend which is Sunday, Monday. They are dependable. Good with my dogs. And I don't worry about who is in my home when I am not there, like you have to do with other companies that send it staff. I also was impressed that they do a lot of cleaning for professional office buildings. Which I called, and they got excellent reviews. Like I am doing for them now. When I was first communicating with them on the phone, it seemed like communicating was a bit difficult. If this is your feeling, don't let that get in the way. In person, I had no problems communicating and now communicating on the phone is no problem either.

Absolutely love them. I've introduced them to three families in the neighborhood, and they also love them. Very trustworthy. We're often not home and they have access to our house even when we're not there. Just the nicest couple.
