+ -1 moreThey are excellent in repairing the items in a timely manner (usually about a week, even if they have to order a part). The repairs have all held up and none have re-broken. Very professional and polite. Definitely an A+ experience for us and MUCH less expensive than buying new blinds!!
Description of Work: We have taken several wooden blinds whose mechanisms or strings have broken to SJ Window Shades.

Description of Work: I live in a new condo in downtown San Jose. I ordered 4 window treatments for my place. I spent $5,000 total. All of my shades were Hunter Douglas. For such expensive shades, I was somewhat disappointed in the service. They had been recommended by other new owners in my building

+ -1 moreVERY PROFESSIONAL OFFICE, BUT THE PRICE WAS STEEP. ALSO, THE INSTALLATION GUY NEGLECTED TO ENGAGE ME ON SOME CRUCIAL DECISIONS DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, WHICH CAUSED SOME ANGUISH AND A LITTLE DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE FINAL RESULT.
Description of Work: THE JOB INCLUDED 8 CUSTOM WALL BLINDS ON SOME VERY LARGE AND UNUSUALLY SHAPED WINDOWS.
