San Jose Dryer Vents

I found the representative to be rude and unprofessional. When I asked him if there was someone else I could deal with in his company he said I should choice a different company. I asked him again and got the some response! I latter found out that he is the sole franchise in a 50- mile radius so there was no one else. He constantly complained about the traffic when making an appointment. I could not understand why this was my problem. He failed to disclose this. I found out by call corporate who offered no alternatives! I choose to go through Angie’s list to avoid these and of people that are typically found on sites like craigslist. I am sure this is an exception and will continue to use Angie’s list as long as this does not continue to happen again.
