Sami And Sons Remodeling

We chose Sami and Sons over 3 other contractors we interviewed with to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. After meeting with Abel and Sami himself we discussed a very reasonable cost estimate for the work that needed to be done. Abel even took us out shopping to several tile and home improvement stores to fan our imaginations of what could be possible for our new bathroom. Throughout the entire process the staff from their front office to their onsite project manager Paul were always very responsive and helpful. This was our first major remodel and laborers were very knowledgeable about creating the bathroom we wanted to achieve while keeping up to date with building codes and city permits. Mario and Erick always asked us questions on how we wanted details in the bathroom to turn out. Always gave us suggestions when we were clueless, and always advised us properly when choosing fixtures and other materials for the build. It was very helpful and reassuring that the managers used the BuilderTrend scheduling app so we knew what tasks were to be completed and on what days so my wife and I could plan things ahead of time. There was a miscommunication about the work at one point, but once we were able to talk to the project manager and other managers on the job they were able to resolve the issue very quickly and to our satisfaction. Scheduling work per day could've been more efficient, but overall we loved the results and our bathroom turned out exactly the way we envisioned and we've been loving it ever since it's completion. They remodeled our bathroom and we love it! We had quotes from different companies and are very happy that we chose Sami & Sons. Some of the other companies were a bit pushy when we met, but not Sami & Sons. (We are also a lesbian couple and always felt respected.) Their price was within the market range, and they used permits as needed. We worked closely with Shayna, and she helped us through all the process of what we needed to buy (tile, bathtub, vanity, lights, water fixtures etc). During construction, they made sure to ask about all the little details that we didn't think of (like where to place the shower head on the wall). Everyone always wore masks and were respectful in our house. The construction workers were friendly, let us know when they were arriving and leaving, and did great work. They also used a tarp on the floors where they walked and cleaned every day so that we could still walk around in the rest of our house. They finished everything on time and always let us know how the project was progressing. They made sure that they got all the final touches just right so that we were happy with the bathroom. We will be doing some more remodeling soon and will continue to work with them! We highly recommend them!

Sami and Sons is the best contractor we have ever worked with, and we have owned our home for 25 years. They just completed a total bathroom remodel, and also replaced old flooring in 2 other rooms with beautiful tile. Thanks to Sami and his team, the entire project was a pleasure, and we are thrilled with the result. We interviewed at least a half dozen companies before we began. Sami in the interview gave us such helpful suggestions in terms of design and product. All the other companies basically only said "we can do whatever you want". Sami and Sons is totally focused on ensuring you are happy with the work. They communicate extremely well, they are on time every time, and they get back to you very quickly when you contact them. We were quite impressed with the care they took to protect other areas of the house from damage and debris, and also their habit of cleaning the work area every evening before departing. Their work is top quality in every way. Special thanks to Chillen and Joel, who have been working in our home daily for several weeks. We are happier than we even hoped - we call our new bathroom "the spa" now. We always recommend interviewing several companies, but put Sami and Sons on that list. You will be happy you did.

We recently finished the remodeling of our two bathrooms with Sami & Sons. They were super easy to work with even when the unexpected happened. We had a bathtub punctured by a forklift, damaged vanities, damaged medicine cabinets, and a COVID shelter-in-place order all during our remodel. Through it all, the team at Sami & Sons were super flexible and kept the project moving forward. We especially liked working with Joel and Chellin. They were super nice and easy to work with. They were great with feedback and fixed any and all problems right away.
