Description of Work: I went to this store to look at linoleum. I had a time issue as toilet and floor was wet,plus contractor was ready to work for us. I explained that I needed ASAP, and if it was going to take a while to get it,I'd look elsewhere. The sales person called me back and said linoleum would be here today. Guess what? No linoleum today. I called twice today and no linoleum. The first time I called , they said they would check and call back. No returned call. I called again at 5:30PM,as they close at 6. Still no linoleum,and no definite time to arrive. But it is in California. So now hoping it comes tomorrow,as contractor is waiting. We are concerned if contractor gets another job,then we will have tp put it off longer.we belong to Direct Buy and could of ordered same linoleum for a lot less,but we needed it ASAP, so we paid more for linoleum. I dislike when sales people lie to me. If they couldn't deliver on time as promised,then they should of said so. But they lied to get my business,so I would never use them again!

Description of Work: Good showroom, lots of choices, a lot of salespeople approached us, pointed us to what we were looking for and then dropped us, so we sat for awhile and had to ask for someone to write up the order. Friendly, courteous, helpful, accurate order written. The estimator who measured the room was superb and helped us decide between using 12' or 15' wide regarding seams, different costs, advantages, disadvantages. Installers were on time, clean, very professional. I'll have to repaint a strip on a door-fame that got bumped and the paint cracked on a vertical seam when they moved furniture, but there's always something small like this that happens on a project. Final price was 30% over original estimate after we chose the wider carpet. But even for the final price we're happy.

The installer was very experienced and worked with the company representative to provide the best possible price. I went to the store to select the product. The floor was installed in 4 days.
