Had to call back several times to fix all the problems on the main roof.

The experience was good. We called the company up and spoke with I believe Marvin. He was very helpful and reponded within a reasonable time. They came out and performed the job. There were no issues. We were very happy with the overall experience. We would highly recommend the company and use the again in the future. We actually have one more small project that will need to be done and will call them back in the future.

Perfectly. This "deck" is a second story balcony on the front of the house over the garage. It leaks into the garage, especially in a heavy rain. We removed the old deck and raIling. Marvin came out to discuss his role with the carpenters so they could prepare the deck and slope angle. He gave us an estimate. We also got a second estimate from another company that was over twice as much and so conditioned as to be unacceptable. The carpenters finished rebuilding the deck. Then Marvin and his crew installed the roofing. Later a subcontractor to Marvin installed the gutter.

It took several weeks and many phone calls to finally get a quote from them. The work was scheduled, but never completed. I ended up going with another company, as it started raining and the work was becoming urgent. Would not recommend this place.
