Rogerio Herrera

First meeting was not bad. He gave me an estimate. Then I called Rogelio again to give me a list of things included in his estimate or services. He does speak very little English. He was very eager but it was hard to communicate with him because he keeps saying yes, yes without really understanding what I want him to do. It was frustrating. I told him to call me back and ask him to make sure somebody with him who can speak better English so they can explain to him about my request. He never called me back.

Well i was scanning through when i came around Roger's report. Not much info but gave him a call along with many others in my area. I was price comparing and was going to settle on the middle price. To my luck Roger gave me a call back and he gave me more than a fair price. (Please note that his English is not very goood. I am fortunate that I speak fluent spanish) I had a very heavy work load, big back yard that was not kept up for months. Previous tenant had left some rubbish behind Roger offered to haul and remove anything that i didnt want, as part of his service. I hired him for the job. Roger came early and stayed 4 hrs and work swiftly and with detail. I was impressed by his perfomance, and his price was so good that it made my experience with Angies list "Great" !!

Great, been using him for several years, No problems, I send him a check for half a year at a time. One man operation, very nice, dependable, professional.
