Our 5 year old Bosch started to run the drain continuously, so I called and was able to get the service call scheduled quickly. The technician drained the water, and apparently checked it, and within 45 minutes was gone. I ran the dishwasher that night and the base was again full of water and the drain motor continued to run.

Ray answered our call and asked for the model number for the appliance so he would have the correct parts with him. When he arrived, he worked quickly and efficiently to replace the motor in the fridge. I would use RO Appliance again and will recommend him to people who ask!

When our washing machine stopped making its way through a cycle, I called around to half a dozen places and only Ray was willing to fit me into his schedule same-day. Ray was very knowledgeable about the weak points of my machine, and we walked through the likely problems step by step. Thankfully, it turned out to be a simple hose which he replaced with an upgraded version. I would highly recommend Ray in the future, particularly for his willingness to accommodate our semi-emergency in a timely fashion.

I called in a panic because the temperature was dropping. Next thing I know Mr. Oyarzun was at my front door with a smile and a solution. He took the time to explain the problem and the costs and then presto he repaired it. :-)

Ray is a great guy - personable, punctual, and completed the job when promised. He explained what was necessary to make the repair, called as he was on his way to my house, and completed the job within the timeframe he committed to. His repairs are guaranteed for a standard period of time and he encouraged me to call if there were any issues, regardless of the time of day. He also gave me a couple of great tips: 1) keeping a garbage disposal clean and 2) energy efficient methods of keeping a refrigerator cold. I have told a number of my friends and co-workers about RO Appliance and would highly recommend RO. An outstanding experience. I will certainly call Ray again for any future appliance needs.

Ray verified that a new compressor was needed and we asked him to order it. He did so, picked it up the next afternoon, and brought it within the time range he promised, a little after 7 pm. As I requested, he also brought parts to repair a problem with the refrigerator deli drawer. While working on the compressor, Ray found deterioration in a bit of the refrigerator plumbing. He and his son installed and/or fixed everything that was necessary even though it took until about 9:45 that evening.We really appreciated their dedication so we could have a working appliance and cold food again. During the two days the refrigerator wasn't working, we lost a few frozen items but the milk didn't even have a chance to go bad! So overall we did better than we expected. I would work with Ray in the future on this or our other appliances.

Amazing. He came spot on time, fixed the problem with our SubZero (water leak form the condensor) and showed myhusband how to fix it in the future. He also offered guidance at what point we might need him again if the problem could notbe solved by my husband. They are the best!!!!!

They were prompt, they fixed it in a short period of time, they didn’t try to gouge me just because it was a sub-zero, and they were extremely honest. There were no complications and I would use them again.

We have a huge Sub-zero fridge/freezer and until now there has been one company in town that could repairs on it. When the icemaker went out on it, I called and their answer machine said the wait time was three weeks for an appointment! With hope, I went to Angie's and called a different company that had a huge numbers of A's to ask if they could come look at it. They referred me back to the regular sub-zero repair people. When I told them the problem with that, they told me about Ray. They assurmed me he was very reputable and that he could fix my problem. That he was really good at fixing anything! I called him and he answered his own phone. He said he could come that very evening! Ray arrived on time and got down to business. My husband got home and complained about the poor quality of the freezer's efforts, which I hadn't noticed because I don't use it all that much. He's the one that uses the convenience foods in it. Ray knew immediately what was probably wrong. He got up to the top of the fridge and discovered a condenser had gone out. He had a universal motor that would work for over half the cost of a sub-zero brand. He did the repair in no time at all. He had his son with him, helping and learning the trade, which we thought was terrific. Ray cleaned upa nd was done in an hour. He made sure he explained what he did and also explained how to get the most out of our fridge and freezer, to make sure we were getting the most out of them with proper use. When he told us he does ALL appliance repairs, we were quick to ask for his card!! This man is a keeper!! He was terrific as a technician and a good dad too!!
