They quickly identified the problem and required a part which they ordered. Received a phone call once the part arrived to arrange the next appointment. Arrived promptly were careful when removing the oven from its rack. Clean and efficient. Not a cheap service bu I suppose you get what you pay for

Estimate ended up higher than current value of device. Decided to buy new. Had to pay the cost of estimate ...

Excellent ... they listened when I said LG, and they brought the appropriate spare parts so they were prepared. They got the dryer going quick than LG would have, and for less cost.

A bit longer turnaround time to get parts and schedule work than I would have liked, but showed up on time did work efficiently.

Very well... even with needing a special order part.

Took 3 visits. First diagnostic visit and second for repair. Unfortunately first repair wasnt comprehensive enough and the Freezer still was unable to maintain temperature requiring a 3rd visit to fix this.

It was a good experience. They did their job.

The parts needed to be ordered which took over a week. After that the repair was done without a problem

They are quick to cash your check for the service call on the same day but can't fulfill the job. Save yourselves some time & headache and find another company that has better industry practice and professionalism. Our appt was on 7/17/17. RO Appliance provided a quote from Ray that included parts. A couple of days later, we decided to proceed with the suggested repair. I called RO Appliance to confirm a repair date and was told they would have to call me back on the cost part which will need my approval before they placed an order. This was not consistent of what the tech, Ray told me. The total price quoted included the part. Days go by, no call back. On Mon. 7/24, called RO Appliance again. 2nd attempt to get our refrigerator repaired. The person that answers their company phone is rude, not helpful and lacks professionalism. As you can imagine, having a non operating refrigerator is like not having your wallet. It’s a huge inconvience. The disorganization, delay and lack of customer service of this company is appalling. I was told again that they would need to now get in touch with Ray and was told that they would call me back right away. I guess ‘right away’ is a subjective term. I thought maybe within the day would be a fair assessment. On Tue. 7/25, called again and same person answers and now gives another run around. Telling me the same story again from my first call about having to source the part for cost approval - except this time, they wanted money up front for the part. This would have beencompletely ok with me had it been told to me in from the get go. It's like pulling teeth for these guys to commit to a job that they already quoted. They agreed to come out the following week which is Mon. 7/31 between 1-3pm Here we are, at Mon. 7/31 and no tech. Called and they said it's not today, it's next week. Highly disorganized & unprofessional. Stay away from this shady business. They were called Lorenzo Appliance before RO Appliance.

I called them on Tuesday to see what the status was - the part had not come in yet - "Could they come Friday afternoon?". I freaked out a bit, they were very patient with me. They made an arrangement for one of their guys to drive and get the part and install it on Thursday morning. I was able to bake at a neighbor's house until RO came. He was done in under an hour - very efficient, left everything clean and in working order. The oven fan is now significantly louder - we're working on having them come back out to look at that.

both times, professional, honest evaluations. Didn't feel pushed for a sell, honest eval was that the fix was more than the washer was worth. would definitely call them again.

All went well. They had to order the part so took two trips.

While they initially ordered the wrong size, their technician was very apologetic. They let me know when the part was delivered and set up another appointment immediately. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything. He also gave me tips on how to better maintain my washer. I was very pleased

Was repaired in full on third visit. First visit was a diagnostic. Part was ordered for second visit. Another problem was udentied and another part ordered repair completed

Ernesto quickly identified the problem and replaced the thermal fuse. He also cleaned out other parts of the dryer and advised me on proper maintenance to lengthen the life of the dryer. Ernesto was personable and very professional. I would use this company again.

The repair work went exceedingly well -- except for the two week wait for a replacement part. The technician, Lorenzo, was efficient and very professional. It took him some 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. After the replacement part arrived, he came back and in less than a minute, the microwave oven was back in working order. And while he was here, he also fixed a misbehaving freezer light and a loose freezer door. All on the same service call charge. We are very happy to recommend R O and Lorenz for in-home appliance repairs.

Awesome Service. I called ahead because many repair places don't support Viking appliances. they called back the same day and and someone out the following morning. Lorenzo called before arriving to give me a heads up. He was in and out in about 40 mins. He fixed my issue and gave me some great pointers on regular maintenance to avoid the same issue happening again.

Ray really knows appliances and how they are designed and work. He has an excellent high-quality set of tools that he uses as well. He did an outstanding job of getting my system working again
