+ -1 moreHe did not want to give me a written estimate during the scheduled appointment. When he saw that I hesitated, he said a lot of things to push me to give him the job. I felt very uncomfortable. I decided not to hire him.
Description of Work: I did not hire him because he fail to submit a written estimate to me.

+ 0 moreRichard was helpful in the planning of the projects and fast in the execution, all was done in a weeks time. The price was reasonable, giving me a break in the price for doing both types of work. The crew did a good job.
Description of Work: Replaced driveway and did stucco work on front of house and on chimney.

+ -1 moreRICHARDO WAS ON TIME ALL THE TIME AND HIS FINAL PRODUCT TURNED OUT EXCELLENT. HE WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE ALL THE TIME. I PAID A GOOD PRICE FOR IT .
Description of Work: HE REMOVED THE OLD WONDORW FROM TTHE WHOLE HOUSE AND PUT NEW WINDOWS IN THE HOUSE.

+ -1 moreRICHARDO WAS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS ON TIME. I LOVED HOW HIS WORK TURNED OUT AND SO DID MY NEIGHBORS. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD FOR THE TYPE OF WORK HE DID.
Description of Work: HE PUT NEW CONCRETE IN THE DRIVEWAY AND IN MY BACK YARD. THE CEMENT HAD A DESIGN AND WAS STAMPED.

+ -1 moreRICHARDO DID A GOOD JOB PUTTING IN THE NEW STUCCO. HE WAS ON TIME MOST OF THE TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE AND WAS GOOD TO DO BUSNESS WITH.
Description of Work: HE REMOVED THE OLD WOOD FROM THE BORDERS OF THE WINDOWS AND PLACED STUCCO AS A BORDER FOR THE WINDOWS.
