+ -1 moreIt was fine. It took him a lot longer then he thought it would. I explained everything beforehand. He lost out money on that one, it took about three hours. He is honest. The price was great, I do not think it worked out in his favor. I think he miss estimated the job.
Description of Work: I used Richard Siwit to put up a light fixture.

+ 0 moreHe came out and fixed the problem. He also fixed a water leak out of our hot water heater earlier in the month. He's wonderful and really good.

Description of Work: He's doing a bunch of general repairs and maintenance related tasks for the home. He redid some tile and did some gutter work.
