While I bought the replacement door, Richard was helpful advising me what door to select, and an efficient Home Depot to get it at. Richard was patient while inspecting the work to be done, and explaining what was need. Richard began in a timely fashion, and worked with my schedule. i am very happy with the resulting door installation.
