Description of Work: The initial contact and estimate was good and I would have used them. Due to unfortunate circumstances the vendor never kept in contact or followed up about the project therefore I was forced to get other estimates and use another vendor.

+ -1 moreWe were very satisfied with the quality of work Rianda Painting did for us. They are not the cheapest ones out there but hey, you get what you pay for, right? And if you think about it, if you go with low-quality vendor, you will need to do it again earlier. So better quality is cheaper in the end. Recommend Rianda Painting wholeheartedly.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with detail taken to seal all cracks. Parts that were very weathered look new again. The crew made sure we were happy with colors selected and corrected any issues with no fuss.
Description of Work: The exterior paint job included a water power wash and a very thorough scrape and sand all rough spots. All bare spots were primed with oil base primer. Next more sanding and all cracks were sealed with caulking. Next comes the water base primer. The whole house primed with a color somewhat close to final finish. The base color was applied and then the trim colors. There were 5 colors total. The main base color, plus a dark color for the shingles, and 3 trim colors. The dark colors had 2 coats applied with final color.
