Having contracted for services over 40 years every once in a while you run into a company run by a true craftsman who takes pride in his work and will persist in getting a job done right at all cost. Juan Pineda of Revive Cleaning and Restoration, is such craftsman. Let me explain further We hired Revive to polish a marble bathroom consisting of the floor countertops and a steam marble shower none of which had been professionally resurfaced in over 20 years. The job was particularly challenging since the shower was also a steam room with a sloped tiled ceiling. This meant that the heavy polishing equipment had to be held overhead, a very labor intensive tiring job. In addition, many of the marble tiles had not been laid flat with one another. Edges were pushed up causing the polishing equipment to sljp over the underlying tile. This left an inconsistent finished surface aith some area polished and others dull. Juan persisted in getting the shower perfect, which he certainly did. The end result was a shower sparkling with repaired and resealed caulking that simply looks as good as the day it was new. His determination to do the right thing and craftsmanship are a testament to the quality of his work. I would certainly use him again.

Juan is quite professional and did excellent work. He thoroughly cleaned and resealed our slate kitchen and dining room floor giving it a fantastic new look again.

Juan is a perfectionist. We hired him to clean and reseal the grout for 1200 sq. ft. of tile in our condo. These are 6x12 and 6x6 Italian tiles with wide grout lines, a lot of them. Juan steam cleaned all the floors the first day (https://www.facebook.com/REVIVEBAYAREA/videos/227336127670738/) and then spent the next 2-3 days on his knees meticulously resealing all the grout lines. He cleaned up any excess grout sealer on the tiles and baseboards and the job looks fantastic, like the day the floors were installed 15 years ago. He was very conscientious about the quality of his work, arrived when he said he would and did his best to accommodate our schedule and needs. We were so pleased that we hired him to come back and steam clean the carpet in our bedroom, the one remaining room without tile. Again he did an excellent job and even called the following day to verify that we were satisfied. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.

We used online service to request bids and got a response immediately only from this vendor. Juan texted me and he came to see the floor 2 days later. He brought his equipment because, even though we were just scheduling a bid appointment, he said he could try to clean the floor right then if we liked the bid. He did a wonderful job on some rubber residue that was staining our travertine floors. The house is being sold and the buyers were coming the next day. It looked awesome and the price was competitive. I would recommend!
