+ -1 moreMarcos showed up on time for the estimate and installation. He was very professional and personable. The business has been in the area for 42 years. I had the estimate done on Monday and it was complete by 1pm Tuesday at a very fair price.

+ -1 moreEverytime we pulled open the sliding window, the frame pulled away from the glass leaving a big gap between the frame and the glass pane because the sealant had worn away over time. The window was a big one, 5 foot by 4 foot. We took the window into the store the same day that we called (we were so glad they were open on a Saturday) so that they could dissasemble the window, apply the sealant, and tighten the window frame. We will definitely consider purchasing windows from the Residential Glass and Screen Shop. They are very service oriented and want you to be satisfied.
Description of Work: Repaired an aluminum frame to a large window which requiried disassembling and asembling the window frame, applying sealant to keep the glass from pulling away from the frame, and tightening up the window frame.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY'RE FAMILY-RUN AND THEY DO ALL THEIR OWN WORK. I THINK THERE IS A LOT OF STRENGTH IN THAT. I TRUST THEM SO MUCH.

+ 0 moreThey have dealt with this company for 10 years. It is a family business it is father, son, wife and daughter in law who run the company. Employees use 3 company trucks that are owned and used in servicing home owners.
Description of Work: They came to our house and replaced our glass and had our screens repaired.
