The repipe specialists were easy to work with and did a great job with a really good team. The estimator was personable and professional. A whole crew, respectful and quick, was brought in to complete the work in less than one day, so the water was not turned off for long. Inspection and patching was immediately available to complete. The scheduling between the different phases of the project was seamless as well.

I found them at a home show. I was in the midst of putting in a new heat pump and had enough to the main , which was more pressing at the time than the rest of the house.?The man who came out was very nice. However he told me plumbers didnt like to do repipes and won't ?repair the wall etc. I found this to be untrue when my plumber did it for a THIRD the price Repipe quoted me. ?( I also recently had a friend who is a plumber mention repiping to me) ?The crew who did the job as I recall were polite. They did bury 2 of my stepping stones. And when I had a follow up issue\question were kind of so - so in response.? ? ? ?This is from memory because recently they began hounding me for a review. 2 years after the fact and Now I get multiple emails a week wanting a review. Well here it is. I would recommend talking to your plumber before contacting these??guys so you have the whole picture. If you want a good one find my review on mine. He is stellar ? ? ?

Nick the head plumber came in and I gave him a walk through the house he explained what they would be doing. I also wanted my garbage disposal changed out and the pipes under my kitchen sink re-done. They looked like an octopus under there , way too many pipes! I was introduced to all the guys, then the work started. They covered all the floors where they were working. Nick came to get me when he needed to show me an issue, he gave me advice on the best thing to do for the house. I was always kept informed. All of the workers were very polite and respectful of me and my house. They all cleaned and vacuumed everywhere they worked. It was a great experience!!

The quote was very fast and went great. Doug was very easy to get along with and was a no nonsense type of guy. He was very upfront and informative. I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman, but someone that wanted to see us make the best choice. I felt that he was an honest individual. My husband was home for the actual day of work. He said that the workers were on time and worked really hard to get it all done. He said it only took 4 hours to complete all the work. Since everything has been done our water lines are working so much better. The taste of the water is better and we don't have rust clogging up our faucets. We were very impressed with the service we received. They have also made contact to follow-up and make sure that everything is going well. If I ever have to do it again, I would definitely go through Repipe Specialist!!!!

I was really impressed by the 4 man crew that came out. This was a sub-contractor that Repipe Specialists has worked with for years and these guys were amazing, they did all the entire re-pipe in one day, including my difficult main water line. My wife was impressed by the increased water quality and flow of water. These guys covered all the floors and cleaned up after themselves which sometimes has been a problem with other work we have had done.

I was put off immediately when the representative, upon introducing himself, asked (though he admitted knowing it was unprofessional) if he could use the bathroom. That done, he went quickly about his work of assessing my needs which included replacing the pipe between the water meter and the house. This had already been done a few years ago, however, which I had forgotten until the plumber I chose to do the work told me that pipe had already been replaced with copper. He could tell this my looking, but the Repipe rep could not though he said plumbing had been his profession for many years. Though I had issues with the rep's professionalism and attitude, the ultimate deal breaker was the price which was not "half the cost of a plumber" as RePipe Specialist's advertises.

Repipe generally sub-contracts its work to licensed plumbing contractors that work as Re-Pipe would want them to do. The unfortunate part is that the contractor is way overbooked, so if they can not finish you in the allotted time the come back when they have time. The phone number I was provided was answered but I could not get a definitive answer from the person who answered as to when my project would be finished. It wasn't until I contacted Re-Pipes coporate office that I got some confirmation for the completion of the work at my house. I understand that occasionally things adon't always go as planned, just tell me so I can plan accordingly. I have no problem with the quality of the work, it was done as promised.

Work was completed on time, as scheduled. My only issue was that it took a little over one week to schedule the work, because they were so busy. Took one day to prep the work and run the re-pipe through the ceilings. Second day was dedicated to repairing the drywall and closing the openings. The work was done promptly and professionally. No problems.

I ended up not doing the service at all. They were good. They were fast. They came out and got the quote the same day or the next day. The price seemed to be high so I didn’t end up using anything.

Repipe Specialists subcontracted. They were not upfront about the days from start to finish (led to believe it would all be done in 1 day). Also, getting the mud and stuff cleaned up was a problem - had to ask them to come back to clean up more. However, after all was complete, the job has been effective as far as we know. Also, we had asked for the repipe to fix water pressure issues. They claimed they were done and the pressure was not better. We had to ask them to return to fix, which they did. Now, 10 months later the water pressure has gotten bad again so we are calling another plumber in.

Everything was done in 1 day! (including piping all the way to the municipal water supply inlet) So far, it's problem free. But I think they guarantee their work for life anyways!

I was very pleased with the work Repipe Specialists did. The only minor "inconvenience" occurred in the scheduling. I received a call early in the morning of the day the repiping was to be done indicating that the crew chief hadn't shown up so that the work would have to be done the following day. That was a disappointment; however, a couple hours later I received another call saying they had located another crew and that, with my permission they would be arriving shortly, which they did. As promised, despite the late start, they finished the complete job the same day to my total satisfaction. The crew was friendly, professional, worked at a very rapid pace, and cleaned up well. The whole experience Repipe Specialists was pleasant, starting with the initial contact I made with office personnel (Carolyn and later Christine), and the discussions/negotiations with Randy (the estimator)--no pressure, just good information resulting in a fair price. I most certainly would use them again for similar plumbing needs.

It went very smoothly. We got 3 estimates. They and one other contractor gave us essentially the same estimate, but Repipe came up with a way to disturb less of the lawn, and -- most importantly -- they were the only contractor to figure out a way to avoid breaking the tile in our master bath. The work was done on schedule, with no problems, and we are very happy. Our water pressure is greatly improved. They were excellent to work with. I'd hire them again if I needed to.

Repipe Specialists was awesome! Randy was very responsive over the span fof the job and after it was complete when there some minor issues to be addressed. The crew was very considerate, respectful, tidy and quick! I am so happy with my new plumbing I cannot thank these guys enough for replacing my plumbing and at an affordable price. Plus they replaced the seal on my toilet while they were working on the pipes. Cynthia, in the office, was also very helpful, patient and considerate. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

They were really professional and were a well mannered bunch of guys. They did the job quick. If I could, I would hire them to do all the piping in everybody's house.

The end result of my re-pipe project is that the Piping and the water pressure is top notch and my walls look as though they were prepared to finish with one coat of paint! So... I am satisfied with the end result! Repipe Specialist delivered a quality product in the end. The Management/Customer Service of Repipe Specialist and the Manager of Plumbing Tech and Repipe Inc, where extremely helpful whenever I had a problem. HOWEVER.... THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE HIRED HELP: The salesman (repipe specialist) made a great first impression (as they usually do), they jumped right on my quote within the first 2 days of the request. The quote actually came in $600 less than the quote I received 4 yrs ago by this company. He assured me that the contractors coming to do the job where THEIR contractors (not sub-contractors). The day of the installation came and to my surprise, a truck pulled up with a completely different name than "Repipe Specialist". In any case, he had my contract in hand and I walked the Job with the lead person and told him what I expected... The installer assured me that the water would be turned back on at approximately 4pm, so I was comfortable with that and went to work and left my wife to supervise. about half way through the day, I revived a phone call from my wife with a concern that the installers were not replacing all the old pipe. I spoke to the lead person who claimed that "if the came across copper pipe that was already installed, that there was no reason to replace it." I beg to differ. I am paying for a full copper repipe!!! regardless of the condition of the old pipe. I instructed the contractor to replace ALL the old pipe and since I was not there to supervise. After further inspection ALL the pipe was replaced. Around 2pm the girl from the contractors office called to inform me that it would not be until Thursday 6/13/2013, that the city inspector could come look at the job and that a crew would be scheduled to come out and finish the sheet rock, punchlist and yard work. I returned home at 5pm to find the installers finishing up the pipe installation and with a couple of punch list items that need to be attended to, the water was turned on and the pipes ran water through them as expected. one of the installers forgot to re-install the kitchen sink drain and we had a little mess. They had to search for the part to fix the drain, but they accomplished the task. They also lost the furrel nut that hooks the refrigerator water to the supply (this is on my punch list). They completed the repipe from street to backyard and my water has never run so well!!! So I guess grade A for the actual repipe. So with a open trench across my front yard, caution tape flowing in the wind, they said that a crew would be back after the inspector passed the permit for the trench and plumbing. Thursday came, the inspector passed the project (trench and piping). He said he would be back to to inspect the sheetrock when it was completed. Shortly after, The girl from the contractors office called and asked if the inspector left a tasklist (punch list). I said no, but I informed her that I had my own. She claimed that there was no crew available to complete the job until early the next week. (THIS IS WHERE THE TROUBLE STARTED). You see... when you do a project like this, Your house is turned upside down. all your stuff is in boxes until the project is complete. But I got water !!! I did not like the fact that I had to wait over 6 days for completion of a project that they advertise to be done in 3, so I called the main office and talked to the customer service rep. She in turn called the contractor. The contractor called me back and assured me that they would have somebody out FRIDAY (today) to complete the job between 1pm-2:30pm (this was eventually a lie). FRIDAY 6/14/2013: MY wife waited patiently for the service person to arrive at the prescribed time and around 11:30 I was informed by the girl at the contractors office that the Service Tech (singular person) would not be able to make the prescribed time but would be there by 3:30pm. I was not good with this, but I needed the project completed and agreed to the time. 3:30PM No sign of the Service Tech (singular). I say that because the amount of work to be performed during business hours was by my estimation about 3-4 hrs of sheetrock patching, taping and fixing my landscape. I call the contractors office and informed the girl on the phone that the contractor had not yet arrived, she called me back again and said the Service Tech had been delayed yet again! and would only be a little while longer. I told the girl that this was unacceptable and I proceeded to call the Main Office. 3:45pm The Main Office customer service rep assured me that the situation was unusual, but I said "Look.. it's almost 4pm, My weekend is starting, I'm tired. Your "Service Tech" is also on his Friday and I wish to be serviced first thing Monday morning. 3:45-4:15pm I received 2 calls, one from my irate wife, and one from the girl at the contractors office claiming that at 4:10pm, the Service Tech was only 5 mins away. I told her that I spoke to customer service and that the appointment was to be rescheduled. She was angry that I did not want to have somebody working at my house after 4pm to do a multi-hours job at the beginning of my weekend. We both hung up disgusted. 4:22pm The Service Tech arrives at my home. The Service Tech apologized and said his log book scheduled him to be here by 3:30pm (hmmmm what happened to 1:00pm-2:30pm). My wife turned him away. He was angry and argues a bit, but to no avail. He claimed that the project would be done in just a short time. but I know sheetrock patching and to do it right takes time (more time than just a little while) He looked at the trench funny and confused (like he was oblivious that it was his project) I suspect that he was only there for the Sheetrock. He was in his own vehicle (not a company vehicle) and I am very concerned about this contractor now. My wife successfully turned him away and informed him to be back Monday Morning to complete the project. We have yet to hear from Repipe Specialist or the Contractor...... Meanwhile... My yard has a big trench in it. The grass is dying under the plastic and dirt they piled over it. The sod is turned upside down, but I am watering it in hopes that it will survive the weekend. My walls have holes in them. A couple of valves have small leaks. I can deal with it over the weekend, I guess. The wife is steamed (one of her plants was destroyed after asking if she should have moved it) and I will be looking at the project wondering. We received a generous rebate for our distress and are thankful our house is back in order. My walls look as though a hole was never put in them, the pre-finishing was exceptional (all I need to do is paint) and all the small problems during the installation (pre-during and post) have all been resolved. I would have given this review A's across the board, but to be perfectly honest, I expected a seamless, worry-free experience. It wasn't, but I guess that is what is to be expected with any contractor or construction project (either by Angieslist, Diamond Certified) Would hire them again? No, but then again. I don't think I'll ever hire another contractor (I almost tackled this project myself).

The whole experience was well organized. The workmen were polite and clean. We had no complaints.

They did a very nice job. They cleaned up after themselves, and the patch work was beautiful. The price was very fair. The quality as far as I can tell was excellent. Their responsiveness was excellent. There were some problems getting some parts. They were very professional. They were very good.

I was very pleased with them. Their price was competitive and they did a good job as far as I can tell. They were done with an entire re-pipe in less than two days. I remember calling 2 or 3 companies, who do re-piping, but they seem to be competitive and I am pleased with the work that they did.

The sub-contractor who came out and did the work was excellent, very efficient and did the job in one day. As they were bidding, they were fine. However, their promotions promised a tank less water heater with the installation. They simply didn't deliver; I discussed it with the company after the fact and they didn't live up to their advertising promotion.

Everything went really well overall. They helped us do some extra work in our bathroom. I’d recommend them highly!

They were really good overall. They were efficient and got the installation done within one day! They re-filled my lawn and replaced sheetrock in my home the next day, and the only reason they had to do that the next day was because the city had to make sure the work was up-to-code. They do not paint, but they re-do the sheetrock/texture, and they let you know in advance. There were no problems!
