The owner is the guy who shows up, and he is very patient and informative.

Initially we selected RedBird to perform bi monthly lawncare service. However, we then decided to overhaul both the front and back yards. Ulysses is the general manager / owner. It's a family business. They are extremely professional. They ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority. They assisted with the design, purchased and provided all materials, and installed our new sprinklers and drip system using a Rachio Smart Home device. They stained the new redwood fence. They installed ground covering, plants, lawn, landscaping lights, and provided general haul away services throughout the length of the project. I was impressed with their work ethic and the end results of the project.Their work speaks for itself as multiple neighbors have already commented on and asked for their number. They just completed the front yard which looks amazing and are going to continue work on the back. They also removed and hauled away an old unused hot tube. We haven't yet finished the back yard and we've already hired them to perform our driveway removal and replacement.

They show up exactly on time. The estimated time was correct. They did a very complete job.

I needed to have my automatic sprinklers fixed- valves needed to be replaced and the whole system had to be rewired, and a sprinkler head replaced thanks to our dog. Ulysses and his team gave me a quote on the spot and even had time to do the project the same day!! They clearly explained what needed to be done and worked diligently to get everything working properly again. Their pricing was great & overall they were a pleasure to work with!! Would definitely hire them again!

I like their garden knowledge about plants,, and that they listen to what it is I want. Listening to what a person wants is very important.
