Description of Work: Spoke over the phone. Provided pictures of what needs to be replaced. Was told they can do the type of work requested. Called to schedule and was just ignored. Why bother telling me the job can be done in the first place?

+ -1 moreI initially communicated by leaving voice mail and sending email with pictures. Follow up communication was a little slow because they are a small business and I hit their vacation break. I wasn't in a hurry: I was focused on finding someone to do good work so that I would hire them again. I wasn't home to watch the work in progress. All work was outside. When I came home, I could hardly tell they disturbed anything: the 25 feet of rusted/leaking pipe was out and new was in and all the disturbed dirt was replaced and packed down. Absolutely awesome, especially considering it was on the hot side of the house on a humid day. I will give them first dibs next time I need a plumber.
Description of Work: Dug up and replaced about 25' of water pipe leading to outside hose faucet.
