+ -1 moreWell. Great until after the visit for the quote. Then they were MIA!! No call, no response, over one week later. I'm moving on!!
Description of Work: I went onto the Electricians Network website to obtain some quotes for wiring of recessed lighting and installing a dedicated circuit for a new whirlpool tub into an existing panel. I got an immediate response call within 10 minutes of pressing the send button to get a quote from Richard of R&K electric. He seemed like a very nice, knowledgeable, and reputable electrician. I am knowledgeable on electrical and installed my recessed lights, however wanted a qualified electrician to do the wiring in my second floor condo. I scheduled an appointment for a visit to obtain a quote. His son showed up on the date scheduled, a bit late, but traffic can be gnarly in San Jose so no problem). I gave him a tour and explained the scope of work required. That was over a week ago and I never heard from him since. Not sure why, guess they don't need the business? Very disappointing, especially since they were so responsive to the web request for quote.
