PV Tree Service

Only issue was that PV Tree sent out a crew without actually scheduling the service. I had a dialog with them over getting a written quote which they ultimately provided. PV surprised us with a crew at 8:00 on Saturday morning. We had them proceed with some reservations. The crew did a good job and left the areas clean of debris.

Contractor made contact, however, project cancelled due to family emergency.

It went very well with the crew of four. They all knew what had to done and in a short time the job was completed. All wood and debris was fed into a large chipper leaving the site very clean.

Great! They showed up on time, removed the tree, ground the stump and cleaned up.

Great service! A representative came to look at the tree and gave me a verbal estimate. I had already received higher estimates from two other companies, so I agreed on the spot. Their crew came on time, removed the tree, ground the stump, didn't damage anything and left the site in neat condition. I paid the estimated amount by check. Overall, a great experience.

When we met for an estimate on Tuesday, I asked Pablo when he could schedule the job. He said in two weeks, but I really had to get it done by the end of this week. He said he would try to reschedule other job or put more people in it so that his team could make time for me, but he could not guarantee it till he knows for sure next day. Since I had to have an assurance, I started looking again and ended up hiring another A-rated service who could commit the schedule. I am giving 5 stars for Pablo's willingness to bend backwards to accommodate my request. I will definitely give him a call next time i need a tree service.

Did not use this service. They did not give me the estimate when they said they would, but did apologize and gave it to me a few days later. Their price was very good.

Jorge was very responsive and, more importantly, was honest and forthcoming about what was and was not needed to remove a tree feet from our house and fence His team were on time, and left our yard cleaner than when they arrived. I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

They're great. They show up on time. They charge a good price for the great work that they do. They leave the house clean and the work site. The folks are very courteous. And they check back to make everything is perfect.

Pablo and his team did a great job! Pablo first came to determine what work was needed. He pointed out to me that greenery I thought was just a bunch of tall bushes was actually a lot of opportunistic trees that would only grow higher and higher. He was very knowledgable in advising what was needed and how much work would be involved. His team then came just as scheduled. They did a great deal of work, checked with me to see if things looked all right (I was able to point out a couple other things I thought were needed) and then cleaned up the site remarkably well. I was very impressed with Pablo and the whole team's professionalism and excellent job. The palm tree looked fabulous! I never knew it was so beautiful. The price was also excellent value for the all the work the team did. I greatly appreciated their work.

Pablo is a young entrepreneur. He has all his own equipment (cherry picker/bucket truck, chIpper and huge truck to carry off all the debris. He is licensed, bonded, with workman's comp certificates for his employees. It was a tremendous job, well done in a timely manner, with complete clean up. His price was less than half what the "big" tree service companies wanted. I would highly recommend PV Tree Service to anyone needing pruning or tree removal.

He is very good at what he does and he is rather inexpensive and he is usually on time. You might have a problem getting back to him because he is busy.

I could not be happier with my experience with PV Tree Service. Mr. Pablo Villalobos and his crew did an outstanding job. Mr. Villalobos answered phone calls and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the estimate and appointment for the job. I was impressed with the professional equipment his crew brought. I felt they were well equipped to do the work safely and quickly. All the crew was very pleasant, and performed the job to the highest standards. They cleaned up the front, back, and sid yards before they left the property. The estimate was very reasonable. I will use PV Tree Service again.

Upon upon departing I told him that my gardener had promised to do it at a substantially reasonable price but had not given an estimated date so I did not know if he was serious. In the meantime my wife had confronted my gardener about the project so he immediately set up a time to do it the following day.So I notified Pablo about the conflict and he was very understanding even thou he had scheduled it on the same day.

I liked everything about their service. They were really good and they knew exactly what they were doing. There was nothing that I disliked about them. The price was very good.

OUTSTANDING JOB! I own several buildings in downtown San Jose and received notice from City of San Jose that trees required trimming for safety of pedestrians and traffic. I have three HUGE sycamore trees covering busy streets and sidewalks. Called and interviewed several tree services companies. Several never called back several came down and were too expensive and a narrowed down to three tree companies. PV Tree was slightly higher than my initial choice, but after considering the safety and liability of and quot;climbingand quot; the other two less expensive tree services vs. using a bucket truck - I chose PV Tree because it would be safer for both the tree cutter and pedestrians/traffic on busy street and equally important, PV Tree could do a better cut because they could reach ALL parts of tree, not just the low hanging stuff.Pablo took lots of time to explain the process and his credentials. I choose PV Tree and they came the night before and posted no parking signs on streets and started on schedule as planned and had a whole crew with them. I was impressed with the huge boom truck and the huge heavy duty chipper they brought to the job. These are certainly not something a and quot;tree guyand quot; could rent at a rental yard!There crew was very professional and obviously worked together for a long time, as they were very efficient, when not directing traffic, they are clearing branches, and chipping and all are constantly communicating with each other to assure safety to pedestrians and cars at all times.The trees were never properly cut and he even found dry rotted branches that could have easily fallen with heavy wind and crushed cars below or passer bys.As a landlord/property owner, don't waste your time with small time tree climbers. Pay a couple hundred dollars more and get the job done right and safely. You will end of with a much better job without the liability of someone falling or property damage. Pablo is a very hard working and loves what he's doing and it shows. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
