Proserve took fence painting job and was way off original quote. We landed up paying much more. Eventually job was well done but make sure you take firm quote?

Quiet, pleasant & friendly, included some small fixes by the time work was completed. Hire for work at my elderly mothers home, I was there for the first visit & balance of work completed while she was alone. She felt very safe and all work was completed perfectly. Thank you!!

Brad was responsive, on time, and communicated professionally and respectfully. He cleaned the gutters, installed gutter guards/filters, and repaired one sagging gutter to restore water flow. He understood the project details, executed the tasks as agreed upon, and reported his observations and any issues discovered. He was transparent with what is and isn't within his skill set/expertise, which is very much appreciated. His rates for labor and materials were very reasonable. I recommend ProServ Handyman Services and would consider for future projects.
