My bathroom layout, and all materials and furnishings for that matter, were absolutely awful. The previous owner made really poor "improvements", trying to convert the original single bath into a 1 1/2 bath. But without consideration for entryways. To enter the "main" bath you had to walk *through* the 1/2 bath. Basically it was a large bathroom with two toilets, separated by amateur sheetrock and pocket door. I'm selling the house so wanted something more presentable without spending an insane amount. I had a pretty good idea on things to target while keeping costs manageable. I then had half a dozen remodelers and contractors come by to discuss options and give estimates for a nearly full bath remodel. Many were friendly and knowledgeable, but also couldn't help but push upsells. They kept ignoring my goals to tell me "what I really wanted" which was $25-30k worth of work. Definitely *not* what I really wanted. Finally, I found Pro Perez. Fernando understood my goals and talked to me about a range of options and estimates. To help keep costs low and achieve the look I purchased the main components - tub, vanity, faucets, flooring, wall tiles, mirrors, and lights from Home Depot and Wayfair, with guidance from Fernando. So when I had everything picked up and/or delivered, the guys set to work. Fernando, Omar, Johan, and Francisco over the course of about two weeks. They found and replaced rotted wood and a large old cracked pipe. Fernando kept me informed along the way. They also laid out temporary floor covering to protect the halls and other rooms and did a great job cleaning up each day. The end result is amazing. I almost can't believe how nice the bathroom is now and I only wish I would have done this when I first moved in, not right before moving out :D

I’ve had my bathroom remolded a few years ago but didn’t not like the work but when I found ProPerez Const. it was a huge blessing! Fernando and his crew did awesome work to both my kitchen and bathroom. They did everything I asked for and offered me suggestions on what can look better and all. They were all polite and hardworking and when the job was done, I fell in love with my new remodeled home! Definitely recommend them 10/10 work and crew!

fernando remodel my master bathroom. he change the layout and extended the size to make it bigger in the second floor. He made the drawing plan and he got the permits by the city. He passed all inspection; plumbing, electrical and the waterproof shower paint. im very happy with my new bathroom, more then expected. I truly recommend Fernando for any remodeling you need.

He focused on the small details. Professional work is really done. Honest and responsable. Gives great ideas and makes easy the places to pick materials from. Pro Perez construction is the best for any remodel for bathroom and kitchen, no doubt.
