+ -1 moreIt was absolutely excellent. Ilya was much cheaper than all the other quotes but he did an excellent job and passed all the inspections by the city and was only a few weeks off on finishing mostly due to the weather. He worked very closely with the architect who had some problems with the drawings and fixed all the problems.
Description of Work: Added a 1000 square foot extension consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen + dining room with granite surfaces and wood floor, skylights and also finished and painted the rest of the house. This included all the electrical and plumbing work - absolutely everything. He finished right on budget and did not go over at all and he always gave us a detailed invoice for each part of the construction.
