Ben talked to me and helped trouble shoot what to do with us like he was a close friend. The pice was great!!! His crew actually were able to come out a few days earlier than we had thought they would which was great. They came out and were very professional and respectful of our property keeping everything very clean. The deck turned out to be exactly what we had in mind. I would highly recommend Primework and It's crew to anyone!!!

The mess was kept to a minimal, they did lay cloths down on the areas they had to travel. The floor was smoothly recemented and blended in with the existing floor. They had me inspect the work before they left, discussed the warranty with me and made sure they had picked up their mess before they left.
Description of Work: Trenched 43' around basement floor to create a new drainage system beneath the floor, installed polyetheline tiles, crushed stone recement trench and replaced an existing sump pump

They thoroughly explained every aspect of the job and responded to all requests and questions. Their crew worked hard all day to finish the job, even ate lunch on the go. Their teamwork was impressive, being patient and courteous with each other and us even when the job was messy or unpleasant. They approached the job with a strong can-do attitude and willingness to find and fix minor issues that were not identified at the outset. The job site was left spotless and clean.

There is no way we could tackle painting over a brown 17+ foot ceiling on our own, so we started looking for assistance. We received 4 painting quotes. Ben, Joni was easily the most affordable (in one instance half the price) and quickest to get the job done. While we left on vacation, Ben came by, prepped, painted, and cleaned up. We came home to a and quot;newand quot; house. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
