Description of Work: The first time I used them they were great; however, the second time I used them they were awful. They would say the price would be "X" amount of dollars and then "draw you in" to do a bunch of extras, so by the time they are done it cost a totally different amount. They did 4 rooms and stairs and didn't finish the job in one of the rooms. They had said if I wasn't satisfied to call them and they would come back. I called twice and was told they would call me back and they never did. They were late, but at least they did call and tell me.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreDid a bad job cleaning my carpets so called them, and they were supposed to come back out and do the job over again. I was very upset when they said they were going to come back and they never showed up. They called and said they would be here at a certain time and then changed the time without me even knowing. I was not here when they came because I was not aware of the time change.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in my home.
