Description of Work: Precision Electric was hired by my former home warranty company, American Home Shield (don't get me started on them). I was out of hot water for a MONTH. Precision Electric was the second company hired, and although when the parts were finally ordered and the work finally done, I had hot water, dealing with the owner of this company was horrible. The tech was great, but the owner is just unprofessional, rude, unsympathetic, and no one I would EVER want to deal with again.
