Pied Piper Exterminating

I contacted Pied Piper for external ant suppression / eradication. The representative I spoke with on the phone set up an appointment that was convenient and timely. The Technician showed up on time and was knowledgeable and professional. The price listed is for one year of service. Although Pied Piper was my first choice, I did not choose them because they only provide annual service contracts and I wanted a contract I could terminate at any time with no obligation / penalty.

I have been using them for about 8 years now. They come about every 2 months. The technician does a very good job. It is not intrusive when they come and they are here when they say they will be. I have had no problems at all with them over the years, and their treatments are effective.

Generally the job is done well. However, they seem to have a lot of turnover and every couple months someone new starts and they forget to bring the key to the gate and are unable to spray.

I have used this company for years. They have done pest work on my home as well as my lawn. I have not had any problems with pest since they have started coming. I would recommend this company to others. They did also drive a company truck to my home.

They do the exterminating on the outside of my home. I use them quite often. They do a really good job. I have not had any problems since I began using them. They are very professional and if I ever have an emergency situation they are quick to call or come.
