Description of Work: They evaluated my computer, explained the issue, offering a computer that would fit my needs. They did not charge me and did not pester after the evaluation. I could not afford a new computer at the time but knew what I was dealing with.

+ -1 moreGraham was very polite and professional. He quoted me very reasonable prices to diagnose and to recover data. He scheduled a time to do the work that was convenient for me. His price to recover the data would have been lower if it had gone faster. I knew his prices and parameters before he started the work, so there were no surprises. He fielded multiple questions from me before I agreed to engage in his services. After the job was complete, he spent extra time telling me about laptops and repair tendencies as I asked him many questions knowing I would be purchasing a new laptop at some point. I was very pleased with Graham's expertise and the manner of his service. I would definitely call him again for PC/Laptop repair work.
Description of Work: Examined older laptop that stopped functioning. Diagnosed and provided estimates to fix--which would have required a new motherboard. I decided not to invest more money in such an old laptop. Hard drive data recovered. This took more than one day due to a corrupted drive. Diagnosis fee was waived. Diagnosis was performed at my house. Delivery of my hard drive after data recovery was free of charge.

Description of Work: This individual advertised that he would come to your home and fix your computer for $75/ per visit, regardless of how long it took. I used him twice and both time it took around 5 hours to fix. He never complained. He charged by the visit, NOT by the hour. That is how he sets himself apart from his competitors!! And it works beautifully!!
