Packing went well. Some issues with moving truck being very late due to mechanical issues. No phone call to update on situation we had to initiate. Also, some confusion with last minute request to move up pack date and in the end stuck to original quoted dates. Overall pleased with folks we worked with during the actual packing and moving phase.

Bekins has been very good so far in our cross country move. We have had them come twice to pick up furniture and store it in their facility. This was to de-clutter our house so we could sell it and we did sell it. I will provide more info once they move us in a week.

Pacific Storage Co. was wonderful. The movers were amazing, just amazing. They were helpful and on time. They were careful. They went above and beyond to help us. They are wonderful. They were very kind. They were extremely on time. They even came out early. They're very trustworthy.

What is it with these guys you hired (even if it was a contractor)? I could have used theThree Stooges and they would have pack my items better. Everything these movers touched was broken, scratched, and torn. I was appalled at the unprofessionalism of the move. The head guy named Mario quite literally told us to get fxxked when we told him he was damaging our furniture/items while moving items into our new place and storage. Actually, one of the helpers placed our outdoor cooler on top of another item, it fall down and got dented right in front of us . I have to make a claim with this mover, my insurance company and the Visa company. The only things that they didn't harm were the items my husband & I packed. What is it with this movers? Why did everything have to be disassemble to move? Now, we have items with missing parts...that were not returned and can not be replaced. They didn't reassemble the items they took apart. This was the move from "H***". I will never use movers again! Oh and by the way, the head mover was suppose to deliver back our ladder to our house in Gilroy, CA (for our renters). However, he didn't return it, so I assume he stole it. Now, what kind of business is this?

The furniture was well protected and survived the moves and storage nicely. The movers were hard working, friendly, professional and very competent. I was concerned about antiques and large pieces but the moves went well. I was so pleased with their initial move, I hired them for the return move and would hire them again. No hidden charges. The estimate was the amount charged. There was a problem with damage from tape that was left in contact with wood for 3 months but the claim was honored quickly and appropriately which just adds to the professionalism of the company.

My overall experience with them went okay. They knew that they were disassembling cubicles and putting them back together again. The only problem was that they said that they had expertise in doing that. The guys, who came over and did it, however, did not have the expertise in doing that. They did this on a Friday and we ended up redoing the whole work on Saturday and Sunday after they left. They took longer than they had estimated. They tried to compensate by returning some money because they didn’t do it right. I didn’t realize at that time that all of them had to be redone. So we ended up spending a lot of time on Saturday and Sunday. They had a good attitude, but they didn’t have the skills. They were very responsive.

They showed up on time. The movers were into the job when they realized that it was bigger than they realized and wanted to change the pricing structure. We ended up helping them so they stayed within their time constraints. We almost lost the piano and we did have some things roll down a hill. They promised to send a damage report, but it never arrived. They did get the job done.

I have spoke to all the major moving companies and so far I have been very satisfied with Bekin. Estimated cost is $5,000.

They did not break anything or nothing like that. Everything worked out great. I thought that their pricing was middle ground compared to some others. They were very nice and very efficient. I really have no complaints with them at all. They got the job done.

They came highly recommended to me by my realtor who used them, as well. They have been in business a long time. They have a good reputation. They also take everything in and set it up for you. The price is very reasonable and they don't just drop off your stuff and leave. I am unable to move heavy things so they make sure that they put things where I wanted them.
