They installed and service my cover. They have always provided me with great service.

It was not very good. I did call them and I did use them for a quote, but I actually had a very negative experience with them. I mean, they had good ratings and I called the owner and I said I had a broken pool cover and it looked like her company did pool covers and repair, and she agreed to send someone out and on Angie's List where I told her I found her, she said there's no travel charges, no charge for quotes. And she did not say anything that there would be a charge, so she sent a couple guys out and they looked at my pool and in a couple of minutes said it was probably a broken rope and I said fine, what do you think it would be and they said the owner needs to quote you herself, but they thought it would be - they gave me some price range and I thought it was okay, they said but wait for her actual quote. So then I contacted her and - well, she emailed me a quote and I was a little bit shocked because first of all she sent me an invoice for a $200 service charge just to come out and look at my pool, and second, her quote was way out of line. I mean, ridiculously overly priced and above what her own service guys had verbally quoted me, so I called her up and I said and this is calling Farrel, the owner, and I said what is this charge for? I just got an invoice, didn't expect to be charged and she says well, I can't - I'm a small business owner, I can't afford to have my guys drive around and give quotes when you may go with somebody else for repair. And I said it's fine if you want to charge me, but it needs to be disclosed before you send your guys out. Because she was saying, Oh, when you call for a dishwasher repair, the guy is going to charge you a service charge to come out and give you a quote. And I said that's true, but the dishwasher guy will tell me how much it's gonna cost me and that there's a charge. And I saw on Angie's List where I found you, it says no travel charges, free quotes. And then she told me - and you can tell me if this is true or not - she said I have no idea who Angie's List is, I did not authorize any information about my company to be on there, and I said well, it looks like you are on there, and she goes, well I'm gonna write and have them take me off. So then I said okay, fine and then I looked at the quote and she was charging me for ridiculous things like $400 to rent the pool caulking, heavy lifting and they're gonna charge like $400. I said what is this for? And then she charged me twice, because she charged me for taking my pool cover out and then she was gonna take it outside to repair and another $400 just for the heavy lifting part, not for the part where they were prepared to put my pool cover back on and I said you know, I could buy a new pool cover for the amount you're charging, but I didn't want to get into an argument. I said fine, I'll pay you your $200 and I said just for future reference, you should tell your clients that you're gonna charge them $200 for coming, $195 to come out and give you a quote and she was like okay, whatever. So I paid her her money and I got another pool company that repaired it for about 10% of what she quoted me. So I was very disappointed with my experience with her. I was very annoyed with the service, but I kind of let it go. I would never use this company again. I just think that this rude way she talked to me was not very ethical, on top of the ridiculous price she was charging me.

They were amazing. They are so far superior to other companies. They have qualified people who were able to diagnose and solve our problem immediately. We know for a fact that the other company would have made us replace our motor but they did not. They addressed what caused the motor to fail in the first place and we are going to have them back to solve the problem which is a fundamental problem too. They are a little pricey.

They come out twice a year. They clean and reseal the pool cover. They will be installing a new pool cover at the end of this summer. They are very professional and come out when they say they would. They do a great job.

This company is very responsive, fair and professional.
