Francis who came out and discussed the job that I wanted was very thorough in his bid. I signed the contract that morning. The price was fair. Levi who came out and did the work was very nice and explained what was happening. He made sure that everything was done right. I was very happy with Pacific Coast Electricians.

Original estimate stated the need to cut wallboard such that wallboard repair would be necessary. Questioning this, they were able to do all of the work without the need for wallboard repair.

The technicians did a terrific job, were professional and personable.

Fixed nothing in 1 hour of work for $225. Had to bring in a different electrician who fixed the problem in 30 minutes for $95.

Dave was very friendly and helpful beyond the problem he was hired for. He fielded questions about other electrical issues and provided helpful input to reconcile those issues. He also took the time to program both the WIFI irrigation system itself and my IPhone. Service was a throwback to 20 years ago to when it was common compared to nowadays when it’s a surprise.

It is important that you and the serviceman understand each other. He must understand fully what your problem is. Above all else, you must be sure that you agree fully with the Tech's charges to avoid misunderstanding

They were very courteous and cleaned up before leaving each day. The project Manager Zeke would go over what was to be done each morning then review what was completed and what will be project for the next day. They also took care of all insurance billing.

The technician who performed the work was extremely thorough, but took the time to explain each step to me. He carried the project along at a rapid pace but did not take any chances along the way. As a telemetry technician myself, I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and his ability to apply it. Great company, great service.

Workers arrive near stated time, protected surroundings, installed lighting and dimmer switch (both previously bought), and left room clean.

The guy that came fixed the problem temporary and told the new home owner it was a hazard after he fixed the issues. What a moron, luckily the manager called me after I complained and fixed everything. Make sure the guy knows what he's doing or you will end up in a lawsuit.
