I have used Pacific Coast Electrical three times. Each time, all staff have been professional, helpful, and, most recently, extremely understanding. Kayla and Heidi are super kind, quick and funny. Nelson is a rock star. We had an unusual situation last night. Nelson responded with patience and compassion. We needed an urgent major repair and he delivered!!! Both electricians I have dealt with (Chad is the OE [Original Electrician 😁]), were prompt, polite and efficient. It is clear this company cares about its clients. I would five 100 stars is possible.

they are very good but a little expensive

list all power to my house dead winter. their call center was polite and reaponsive and scheduled an appointment for the same day which was great. technician came by and did a thoeough assessment of the entire house and all panels even though the Palo Alto utility company alrwady identified the issue on site as needing to replace the main breaker. i got a bit suspicious when the tech said he needs 30 minutes in his van to write an estimate. when he came back he gave me a quoute for 13k for replacing the entire panel, breakers and other parts requiring demolition and some patch work. I reaxhed iut to my home warranty company who rejected the quoute as it had no description of what was faulty and only included a break down of the work and parts. When i asked the tech to add this information he redused stating that this is not their process or some other bs reason. I felt xinstantly pressured by the tech to authorize the work after repeatedly telling him i will not approve any work my insurance company wont sign off. I even had the insurance company on the phone asking to talk to the tech when he was onsite and he refused to ralk to them. I ended up following the advice of the Palo Alto utility company and got a main breaker which i replaced myself. Power was back, the Palo Alto utility Xomapny inspected the line and the work and life went back to normal. Shame on you Pacific Coast Electric for trying to take advantage of a poor situation. their estimate was $13,000. i fixed it for $110. Shame on you

I called on four electrical contractors on New Year's Day, and only Pacific Coast Electric had a person answer the phone. They promised to send someone between 9 and 11 am that day, and sent me a message with a picture of the electrician. He did came at 10, did an excellent job. I could not be happier, although it was a bit expensive. But for service on a holiday, not TOO expensive.

Jesus was very responsive and knowledgeable about the work. In addition he s very prompt and personable. He took his shoes off before entering our home, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him.

I had a burned out fixture, a motion-sensed CircLine florescent light which stopped lighting. From past experience I thought the problem might be the ballast as well as the bulbs. I had ordered and had the replacement bulbs and the ballast when I had fixed the light myself, two years ago. The fixture is in a really difficult location for me, so I used HomeAdvisor and was referred to Pacific Coast Electric, Heating and Air. Alfredo understood my problem, and luckily only the bulbs needed replacing. However, he rewired the fixture to the wall, commenting that a slightly loose wire connection could have accelerated the bulb burnout problem. He tested the ballast voltages which were good. Total repair took less than an hour and I only had to pay the minimum time fee. He recommended that the fixture be replaced with an LED light fixture when it went out next. The LED lights should last 10 years rather than the 2 years we have been experiencing.

Eric was so very comentent and personable, he went over and beyond what was required. I could not be happier. You got my business for any electrical problems in the future.

- Failed inspections. - Multiple fees and service calls just to be lied to perform more upgrades and work. - All three of their guarantees they state they will delivery they failed and even failed to honor the guarantees. - The only time you would get a supervisor to speak with is only when a potential sale is for more work to happen.

They seemed to have a little trouble figuring out how to fix my problem. But they got it right at last. Pacific Coast seems to me to be bit expensive. I'm happy with their work.

Never finished work. Collected money but work still not complete after 6 mos. Failed on all three guarantees or money back. I had a tech leave in middle of job without completing work I paid in full for and I still have issues. Failed inspection then charged me to find the issue which they knew before hand but wanted more money. Never, NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

Pacific Coast Electricians installed an EV charging station in our garage for our Tesla. They gave us options of where/how to install the station. They price was good and the job was done quickly. They patched the dry-wall a few day later. I was an easy no problem job.

I bought a chandelier with 5 feet height and 160 lbs weight. it was gigantic one and challenging to get it hung and installed it to my 20 feet high ceiling. I called FIVE vendors to estimate. Finally I chose Pacific Coast Electricians for the reason that they provide the best professional solution and all others were generally poor. Their salesperson/electrician Benny Salas was quick to find the right way to hang it and cost was reasonable. when the job started I watched and found Benny was very skillful, well trained and very patient too. He and his co-worker Guillermo Diaz were working very hard to get it job done for whole two days and even he himself skip the lunch to catch up the work schedule though late I provided the quick lunch food for both of them. Also I heard the company has a training class every working morning which is so great to keep the workers' skill up to level the customers needed every day ! Plus Benny and Guillermo entertained the client by good well talks and smiles all the time which I liked much. This kind of deed of workers and company as well need a good praise. I will pass it to all of my circles of friends for any relating job possible to Pacific Coast Electricians Company and of course mine too.

Very Professional, on time, and knowledgeable. He had great suggestions, did an excellent job, very happy with the results, and I will be hiring him again.
