They charged for a 16 SEER unit but installed a 14 SEER unit.

I hired them to do work and gave them the down payment. The workman didn't show on the day the work to be done. I called the office to inquire about the delay. The woman who took my call said she would call me back in 5 minutes. This was March 16th. I haven't heard a word since, but they have my money. My project awaits. AT the VERY least, someone could have and should have called me to postpone the project in light of the shelter in place directive. I have heard nothing.
