Kim was very courteous, professional, and thorough. I felt the price was a little high but I was impressed that he had a manual that displayed all the cost for each individual project or task. He did an excellent job of explaining everything. I would use them again.

Once I was able to contact them (several tries with message queue full), they did a good job. Took over the project and completed it quickly w/o any intervention from me.

We were having phantom sporadic blackouts with some of our electrical outlets. The technician was on time and went about troubleshooting while explaining what was being done. Ken was very courteous and professional and alleviated our fears of faulty wiring.

A bit pricey but technician was professional and courteous. Install completed in a timely manner and promptly notified of slight delay in scheduled arrival . Very satisfied with work & results.

Technician was very thorough with analysis of work to be done. He came in, sealed off bathroom to limit dust to the rest of house, and was done in one day. He also examined space between ceiling and roof, and did a great job cleaning up after work was complete. Very pleased.

He fixed the light but I was surprised by his charges. I will certainly not use this guy again. Need to find a more reasonable electrician.

Mike's electrician came in on time and fully explained lthe necessary improvements needed. Very professional and we will post that on our web page. I would recommend them to anyone!

The job took twice as long as originally estimated. The technician, while very polite and professional, didn't end up having as much experience at network wiring as he originally advertised. He ended up cutting the phone cabling to two of my rooms by mistake. How anyone can mistake phone cabling with analog video cabling I'll never know. He had to re-do every RJ45 field termination he'd done because they just didn't work on the 1st try. He also cut the cables off my analog cameras instead of just simply unplugging them. To be fair, he did make good with all the repairs of the things he'd broken. My network is working fine now.
