The city of Oakland put a lot of extra time on the project because of issues with the permits However, O.T. Bay Builders were consistent with communication and work as best as they could during that time. The final result is beautiful and we're very happy!

These guys were great! We thought we had a huge foundation or piping problem. They quickly, honestly and correctly diagnosed it as a dishwasher failure. We needed new flooring asap before a vacation, and they were able to get it done on time and on budget.
