Description of Work: We initially had problems with what turned out to be mites. It took a while to find the source of the problem but Mike Sandborn was very patient and professional. We had one major house treatment inside and out, two treatments in the crawl space, as well as several follow-up visits. During this time, we also had a rodent issue which may or may not have been connected to the mite issue. In any case, Orkin also took care of the rodent issue for us. | |It has been a long month of very diligent house cleaning and doing all laundry in hot water but the mite issue seems to be 90-95% resolved at this point. Although we will have to address some sealing issues around crawl-space vents, the rodent issue seems to be resolved. | |Orkin was very responsive throughout this entire process. And we received an incredible amount of service for $375--a total of six visits, each ranging from a 15 minutes to two hours. I am very pleased with the quality and value of the service provided. | |

 + -1 moreHonestly, I hate them. If the one guy is not around, the whole thing gets screwed up. The one guy does do really well. I trust him and he comes even when I am not here. I am in my second year with them. They charge a flat fee and I pay them yearly. I recall one time I had an infested basement. It was infested with rodents. Mice, rats and everything. They came and took care of it for me. However, they were not supposed to bill me for coming and getting the rodents, but, they did anyway. I really do not have another company to compare them to. If I ever find somebody better, I will not go back, but, for now, I guess I'll keep them around.
Description of Work: I had the inside and outside of my five bedroom home treated for all outside bugs by Orkin.

 + -1 moreI found the service was good because I don't recall the service person being late at all and they were very dependable. I did not notice any more problems with the pests after the extermination was done.
Description of Work: Orkin exterminated my 1300 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home for Ground Termites. I signed a 3 month service contract with the company.

 + -1 moreWell, they started out pretty good, they did a great job for the first couple of months, but after so long they started to get a little to friendly. They were coming to my home unexpected, showing up out of nowhere. They would come spray a few times, kind of walk around the house and leave. I don't know the whole reason they did this, but I had to get rid of them.

 + -1 moreI have used this company for a year. They are very argumentative. I got yelled at talking to one of my employees on the phone. They are very unreliable and that they are a waste of money. I asked them to spray for spiders and got laughed at.
