DO NOT HIRE ORCHARD VALLEY OR LUIS DANIELGARCIA BORIA Signed contract in January Started work in February and postponed due to storm Ghosted me from April to June on email text and phone. Immediately after my review on Yelp in June, Orchard valley landscaping contacted me claiming they would restart the project within a month. It has been almost a month and I have not heard back from them. I paid up front and they have stolen my money and my time and have requested a refund with no response. Since their name keeps changing on social media, I’m assuming to avoid the bad reviews everywhere (BBB, Yelp, google etc), I have filed a complaint under their California state license board with license #1075731, which is still registered as Orchard Valley landscaping. I would suggest other customers do the same. Also the fraud department at the district attorneys office is looking into their company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR. We have a signed contract with them for a backyard landscaping project, which they abandoned and stopped responding to ALL correspondence - Phone calls, text messages, and emails. This was really disappointing as the work they did complete was pretty good quality. Ultimately, we have paid them for thousands of dollars of work that has not been completed and are now having to go to small claims court to get the money back.
