 + -1 moreIt went well. Mr. Moreno did not have to do any repairs the problem was not with the washer but with the plumbing. Clogged pipe would not let the washer drain properly there for the bottom of washer was full of water. Plumbing repaired and as Mr. Moreno stated washer worked just fine. Thanks

 + 0 moreCalled them Friday evening since home A/C was not cooling the air. They arranged to come out next day and gave 2hr time slot, plus they called 30mins before arrival. They quickly diagnosed faulty capacitor, replaced and checked compressor started. 30mins start to finish. Very pleasant, efficient and willing to explain the problem.
