Excellent! Nic Remodeling is personable, punctual, and most importantly, extremely good! I'm not an easy customer: engineer + substantial remodeling and roughing experience. I have never been as pleased with a contractors work as much as I am with the bathroom project. Was so pleased with how it went, that I had him insulate the furnace vent pipes, and then reinforce the kitchen subfloor.
Description of Work: Bathroom Remodel, which was a quite extensive project, including: Foundation work - a couple of poured posts and beams, rebuilding floor where a deep japanese sunken tub had been. Floor joist leveling Removal of two partial walls. Plumbing - repairing leaky 2nd floor tub plumbing, re-routing supply to second floor (was through partial wall), plumbing new tub, shower fixtures. Running new electrical Drywall - walls and ceiling Undermounted tub construction, corner shower construction. Installation of cabinets. General contracting - supervising the granite and tile sub-contractors, managing them.
