Great experience with Neat Freaks Cleaning. Jess was a fantastic communicator from getting an initial quote, to scheduling and day of. They did a deep cleaning which included all of the basics plus extra details to get rid of the dust. The house is now is clean, fresh and bright. I am grateful to have found Jess and her company and am happy to recommend her business.

Ever since hiring them we have had stellar 5 star reviews with our Airbnbs. They are very good at what they do! Jess is always giving me new suggestions on how to improve my Airbnb workflow so my customers can get earlier check ins. If you want a service that cares, hire them.

I hired neat freaks a few weeks ago to do as deep clean of my house. I try to keep up when I can and thought my place wasn’t to bad. Boy was I wrong you don’t really realize something is dirty until you clean it right which is exactly what neatfreaks did for me. The before and after of my shower left my jaw dropped and the fact that I was dealing with this for so long was a wake up call. They went above and beyond what I imagine someone I would hired to clean. I now know when things are really dirty and I know exactly who to call in the future when I need it.
