They came on time. They worked efficiently, and did what I had asked them to do. All of them were very friendly. They cleaned up all of the debris on the ground and all of the dead branches and hauled it off to dispose of it somewhere. They were professional and did a quality job on each of the trees.

He did arrive on time, and was very professional and informative. He advised me that with the amount of trees I had that there would be additional costs. I decided to hold off for now on the tree service.

After a scheduling issue due to one of their employees being sick, they were promptly out at our house for an estimate at the agreed upon time. The job was fairly straightforward and they were able to fit us in that very same day. Their crew arrived later that afternoon, performed the work exactly as expected and did not leave a mess afterwards. While their prices were a little on the high side, their work quality was high and we will definitely consider using them again in the future.

They did wonderful job and were very professional.

Got the estimate at 8:30am, by 9:30am the crew was here. The large crew was cheerful and efficient. They did a very nice job shaping the trees into a pleasant, natural looking, yet much less monstrous shape. At one point, my wife mentioned that one of the trees looked slightly lopsided. One of the guys looked at it, squinted, and said, "You're right, I'm not happy with it," and proceeded to shape it perfectly. There was no "collateral damage" to other plants. The clean-up was thorough. They parked a chipper-shredder on the street to deal with the cuttings. Afterward, they swept that area of the street cleaner than it was before. They were done by 11:30am. To summarize: nice guys, excellent work, good clean-up, would use again, would recommend.

They came out and gave a bid of $2480 for the work needed. My property manager found another company that gave a bid of $1200 for the exact same service, so I called Angie's List to get my refund.

We wanted one Palm tree removed from our courtyard which our landscaper had recently quoted $1500 to remove 2 palms. however they had recommended getting in a arborist as it would be cheaper for us. We had previously had 3 trees removed for $1500 by another company under an Angie's list deal and another tree for $500 so we had a pretty good idea what it should cost. So when we saw the Angie's list $99 deal for $200 we grabbed it expecting to pay another $300-$400 for the work. Natural arbor arrived promptly and quoted $1900 for removing one 35ft Palm tree and 'discounted' to $1700 after the coupon. They also quoted $5000 for another larger the to be removed. When queried on the price they called into question whether the other companies we had used were insured. When we responded they were and we had got them from Angie's list they then explained that palms are really tough to remove as they dull blades. I researched this afterwards and they are but there is plenty of information on the web on which blades work fine. So BEWARE of Natural Arbor as they are using Angie's list deals to get to your property and rip you off with exorbitant pricing, expecting you to go ahead as you have a 'discount'.

Lots of crawling around up high on springing branches with saws and loppers, they seemed perfectly safe, and when I had questions, were glad to help me understand the science behind what they were doing. A very friendly crew, I feel happy to finally find a company willing to know and respect the life of trees.

The price was right for the amount of work we needed. Our trees were overgrown and hadn’t been pruned in years. I got estimates from four companies. Ken with Natural Arbor was the only one who took the time to explain what they would do and why. The crew did a great job and left the yard cleaner than before they got there.
