+ -1 moreI was looking for a new professional house cleaner, and Susie responded to my quote request. We agreed on a start date and time, I shared my address (which I don't like doing for nothing), and guess what? She no-showed. Her phone is off, and it goes straight to voicemail, she's not responding through Angie's List, and she never called to cancel. So here I am, wasting my time waiting for her when I could have had someone else come today. It's unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate of my time, and in general, flaky. If something changes, and there's a good reason she stood me up, I will update this review. But for now, don't waste your time scheduling with her--she may not come and won't tell you about it!

+ -1 moreThe cleaners come monthly and take care of keeping our whole house sparkling clean,. This includes bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, kitchen and wood floors. The ladies work quickly and efficiently, giving attention to the areas that are hard for me to reach. I would highly recommend their services as professional and affordable.
