From start to finish, Enrique was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I've never felt better about investing in my home. Our front porch steps were severely in need of repair. The flagstone was falling off the frame and became a hazard for our family and others visiting our home. We had struggled to find others who could meet our budget or were comfortable taking the job. However, Enrique assured us this was well within his skill and experience and that we would be happy with the results. He could not have been more right! Enrique removed the old flagstone, added additional support for the existing frame, and installed beautiful new steps using Trex decking material. He even included exterior lighting! We are thrilled with our new stairs, and his work gives us great confidence in working again with MTZ Modern Carpentry. Thanks again, Enrique!

I live in a 2 story house and Enrique and his team replaced our curved bottom three steps with straight steps to allow the installation of a stair lift. They did an excellent job and the new steps look like they always belong there. The finishing work was excellent.

The full remodeling of my new house wouldn’t be possible wo Enrique. He built up my deck to backyard, which looks gorgeous with beautiful LED lights with affordable materials. Frontyard porch and side path are converted to fabulous walkway. Most of all, my crawl space has water flooding issue with winter rains, which many contractors said difficult to handle. But Enrique and Team did a great job with water pump and side ground works and i had no issue last winter. I would love to work with him again, definitely.
